At Eco Baby Co, we want you to feel confident shopping with us. If you are not fully satisfied with your order, we’re here to help.

Returns

• You may request a return within 30 days of receiving your item.
• To be eligible, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging.
• To start a return, please contact us at support@ecobabyco.co with your order number.

Refunds

• Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you and process a refund to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.
• Please note: shipping costs are non-refundable.

Exchanges

• If you received a defective or damaged item, please contact us immediately for a free replacement.

Non-Returnable Items

• Personalized or custom items
• Clearance or final-sale items
